Faith Formation - St. Brendan on the Lake
We are excited to be offering Faith Formation classes for students in Pre-K through Grade 10 at St. Brendan on the Lake.
Our program will run on Sunday mornings from 8:45am - 9:55am in Newfane for all student, before 10:00am Mass.
We look forward to another great year teaching our youth and building up our faith.

Our 2026-2027 classes are getting ready to begin!
Program Schedule for CNCF Family:
Lockport Catholic at the Carra Center / St. Joseph (Gr. 1-4): Saturday 9:00 am - 10:30 am
Lockport Catholic at the Carra Center / St. Joseph (Gr. 5-10): Wednesday 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
St. Joseph’s Campus – 391 Market Street, Lockport, NY
Our Lady of the Lake, Barker (Gr. 1-10): Sunday, following 8:30 am Mass, 9:30 am - 10:45 am
St. Brendan on the Lake, Newfane (Gr. K-10): Sunday, before 10:00 am Mass, 8:45 am - 9:55 am
Sacramental Preparation Program (Gr. 2-3 and Confirmation Year 2):
Once monthly Sacramental Preparation is required for all students who anticipate receiving the sacraments of First Reconciliation or First Eucharist in 2026-2027
First Reconciliation or First Eucharist is offered at the following sites:
- Carra Center (St. Joseph site)
- St. Brendan on the Lake (Newfane site)
- Our Lady of the Lake (Barker site)
- St. John the Baptist site
Confirmation Year 2 requires additional Sacramental preparation.
Confirmation Year 1 & 2 (9th & 10th grade) is offered at the following sites:
- Carra Center (St. Joseph site)
- St. Brendan on the Lake (Newfane site)
- Our Lady of the Lake (Barker site).
In addition to our Catholic School and Home School students who receive Faith Formation in the course of their education, the once monthly Sacramental Preparation program option at ANY SITE or TRACK is open to ANY of our Faith Formation students who are preparing to receive the sacraments of First Reconciliation / First Eucharist.
Bosco Center / St. John the Baptist Sacramental Preparation (First Reconciliation/First Eucharist, Gr. 2-3): Sunday, before 10:30 am Mass, 9:00 am - 10:20 am
Sacramental Preparation for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist
The monthly Sacramental Preparation (First Reconciliation/First Eucharist, Gr. 2-3) will be done with the Faith Formation program, at the time and location, for which they are registered.
Confirmation Year 2 Sacramental Preparation with the Faith Formation program, at the time and location, for which they are registered
